This is my second visit with Dr. Concepcion, and it was as excellent as the first. He listenened attentively as I described a back pain I've had for years, the he asked a few questions. Next, he asked me to do some movements and pressed areas of my back and asked if it caused any pain. Finally he diagnosed and explained the cause of my back pain in terms I could understand. I asked several questions to make sure I understood and also to make sure he had addressed all my concerns. He didn't rush me and was friendly when answering my questions. The office I was in had a poster of the anatomy of the back, and he used the diagram to help answer my questions. Finally, he prescribed physical therapy for me. One of the friendly secretaries set up an appointment for me with a physical therapist near where I live. Overall, I am very impressed with Dr. Concepcion's knowledge and bedside manner and with the office staff and nurses. I highly recommend them.

I visited Dr. Concepcion for an annual wellness exam. The visit was routine, and Dr. Concepcion answered my questions, and seemed knowledgeable and friendly. A medical student asked me a lot of questions and did an examination, then Dr. Conception did an examination as well, and gave me advice for how I could improve my general health.
All the staff at the office were friendly, knowledge, and helpful. They also seem to serve many languages, and most of the posters on the wall and literature were in many languages.
Overall, I would recommend them to anyone, and I plan to keep Dr. Concepcion as my primary care provider.

He doesn´t have the knowledge.
When he refers to a specialist, I never receive the call to confirm the appointment.
After several visits, the same treatment, without improvement, and he doesn´t refer to blood tests or ultrasound.
