Today was my first visit and I requested an appointment on line. After filling all the requested first day information I was ready for my doctor visit. I got there a few minutes before my appointment and the front desk personnel did not find my registration or anything related to it. I left the office with no words.

He was professional but seemed to be in a hurry. The office didn't inspire me too much confidence. I felt like they were trying to sell me glasses instead of providing me a thorough exam of my eyes based on my medical condition. In fact, they ended up selling me glasses with a prescription I could probably buy at any store just to read.

He may be competent, but I doubt he is any more than that. His front office staff are inattentive and borderline rude. I had a 2:00 appointment. I arrived a bit early; he was out to lunch. He did not return from lunch until 2:15--I was made to wait until after 2:30 (and he allowed someone with a later appointment time to cut in ahead of me.) Highly unprofessional.

Dr. Le La Torre was efficient and ran quite a few tests in a brief time. He actually ran two different series of tests. An assistant ran some tests prior to seeing Dr. De La Torre. The office is very clean and there were other patients and examinations moved quickly. I'll go back for my next examination.
