The office was very nice and everyone there were very nice. They had a lot of patients and I had to fill out paperwork so I understood having a wait time so I went early. The doctor explained things very clearly and even though I didn't go there for my chronic back pain he noticed it and realigned it on the spot. I haven't been without that pain in years it was amazing!
It does feel that every time I go he wants to do another test. This could just be being thorough since I haven't had a check up in a long time. I will be returning for relief of my back pain quite often so I'm very thankful to have that.

This was the worst experience of a doctors appointment ever. I was truly looking forward to see him, close to my house but I as my appointment was at 10:30AM, I was finally seen around 12:30PM, he assumed a lot of my health issues and concerns and was insensitive to discuss on how to better my health. He assumed I wanted children and i should watch my weight just because I’ll grow into 300. With 50 pounds on each kid. ALSO the staff was extremely unprofessional ! They took my test as they talked amount themselves as they were talking my blood. My pulmonary test was with taken by someone who was extremely insensitive. And the receptionist acted friendly but very inappropriate.
It was an overall experience and I believe if you want someone who truly will care and listen to you.

bedside manner is awful. Answers his phone during the visit. Wait time is more than 1.5h, very unprofessional staff. Wanted me sign something totally unrelated to me or my issue. The receptionist is horrible! Has no time management skills if everyone is waiting for 2 hours and then she calls and says please come 30 min early otherwise the doctor will be here til 6?! What? Or you? You dont want to work - quit! How is that acceptable?

Mikhail's bedside manner is apathetic to the point that I felt uncomfortable the entire time. He even rolled his eyes while discussing the reason for my medical visit, unreasonably rude. I suggest searching elsewhere if you want a doctor who's professional with good mannerism.

Terrible experience. More than hour waiting after rescheduling my original appointment. Also, despite it was just healthy annual check up, he ordered a lot of different blood tests even though I had no complaints and he wanted to send them to lab which is out-of-network of my insurance. He doesn't listen to you at all, just wants to make some money from people who don't read papers they sign before visit to doctor. Never again.

He took the time to listen to concerns about my health. He also addressed them. The office staff was also very professional and kind. The office was very clean and modern. I would highly recommend this office to any one looking for a Primary Care Doctor with a Osteopathic/Physical Therapy expertise. This was a great first visit.

The front desk lady is very professional and pleasant unlik any other office where they all act bossy. The doctor is a nice guy, he really helped me with some of the problems I had and even went beyond. Although he was on the phone dealing with personal stuff, I was ok with that. We are all human. The wait time is super long! Do not make appointment around lunch time to avoid waiting for doctor until he finishes his food. Other than that, great office. Just no parking in the area. Had to run out twice to put more money into the meter..

Dr. Korogluyev is by far the most professional, compassionate & thorough doctor I have ever had the pleasure of receiving care from. I found his expertise & attention to detail by far exceeded my expectation of any physician I have ever seen. His bedside manner, holistic approach and genuine demeanor made for a very comfortable and refreshing doctor's visit. From the moment I stepped in his office the entire staff was incredibly attentive and kind. If you are looking for excellent care from an extremely knowledgeable & thorough professional Dr.Korogluyev & his team are the best. I was even able to get the bloodwork I needed done onsite and the nurse went out of her way to explain what exactly they would be testing for. I highly recommend Dr. Korpgluyev and I will be back to see him any time I am in need of a genuinely caring & knowledgeable doctor.

This is the most inconsiderate doctor office I have ever dealt with!!! I showed up for my appointment and was told the doctor wasn't in today even though the appointment was confirmed via zoc doc. This has never happened to me before anywhere. I took off of work and went all the way there to be rudely told that no one could see me because the doctor wasn't working today. Could someone call me and let me know?!? This is not professional and if you're going to use zoc doc make sure you update your patients if you all of a sudden take the day off. Now I've lost a day of work for nothing. Incompetent staff and team.
