The Md and his staff were kind and understanding, concise without being rushed. It was a great example.

My primary concern for the visit was not addressed. Instead, I was questioned about my exercise habits and why I chose not to go to a gym. When I restated my concerns that brought me in for the visit, the doctor assured me that my weight was causing sleep apnea and that was why I can’t sleep. I’m 175 pounds and I have not been diagnosed with sleep apnea.
In addition, the secretary handling patient check-out was incredibly rude and made snide comments that I was a hard person to get in touch with. I was never called by the office before my appointment. If I was, there was never a voicemail left.

Natasha was whooly unresponsive to my request to send a link for my follow up tele- visit to my email account as opposed to my phone. She said "it's easier." FOR WHO??? Natasha. It is not my concern to make things easier for her and she should just DO HER JOB!!!
