Dr. Millie Chang was born in Long Island, NY and raised in North Potomac, MD. Dr. Chang attended the University of Maryland, College Park and graduated with a B.S. in Psychology in 2010. She then received her Doctor of Optometry degree at the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Optometry in 2014. Dr. Chang has a special interest in vision therapy and pediatrics, and has received extensive training in treating binocular/perceptual vision disorders in children and adults. Additionally, she has experience with specialty contact lenses and the treatment of dry eye. Dr. Chang also completed an externship at the Baltimore VA with rigorous training in the treatment and management of ocular disease.
After optometry school, Dr. Chang returned to Montgomery County where she currently resides with her newly wed husband and shih-tzu/lhasa apso mix. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, running, cooking, and spending time with her family.
