Fantastic service. Welcoming and social staff. Arriving 10 minutes before my appointment as a new patient, the paperwork was already prepared for me to fill-out without any questions. After completing the paperwork and providing insurance and Identification, I was seen within 5 minutes.
Biggest benefit here was I didn't have any wait time when I was seated in the exam room. The staff was very helpful and went through all the procedures and examination steps. When the staff departed, the doctor arrived within 60 seconds to complete the exam.
Very good work -- wish we had more medical professionals like Dr. Groom and her team.
