I booked the appointment online the day of the visit, very convenient. The waiting time to be seen by the PA was only a few minutes. Very quick visit. If you need to be examined thoroughly, I’m not sure if the place is for you but if you only need to address one concern, I would recommend.

Office was bright and cheerful. Music on but not too loud. Frank S. Was seen within just a couple of minutes upon completion of required docs to fill out. Taken back to exam room, and after a few questions Mimi came in and introduced herself. Was very upbeat and cheerful. Asked questions about past visits to dermatologist, Asked about family history and if Any concerns I had. She listened as I explained and then began her exam. She was thorough and went from top of my head to my feet. She explained what she was looking for and answered additional questions as she examined me. Turns out she had to do a biopsy on a place on my back but she was very delicate and the biopsy felt more like a pinch then a cutting. Put all together, you will have great professional care from PA Oliff and this office. I would highly recommend and you will love her MidWest friendliness. Go Hoosiers! Parking maybe a bit difficult at this office so plan to arrive early as you may have to wait

My Last PA dermatologist, would perform extractions, spend 30 minutes with me & send me out with a printed list of how to care for my skin-

I waited for 40 minutes in the reception area where there were more patients than I was comfortable with being in the same space.
The dermatologist visit itself was probably 10 minutes or less. She seemed like she was in a rush. Also, there was a medical assistant in the room with us in which I felt uncomfortable with as I had to strip off my clothes for the skin screening.
Also, I feel like I had more interaction with the medical assistant than with the dermatologist herself. They prescribed a generic version of a medication and I called them later to tell them that my health insurance covered the name brand version and if they can prescribe that one inside. The medical assistant kept saying that I can get the medication over the counter. That shouldn't be her concern. She said she will send over the prescription for the name brand version but when I checked with the pharmacy, it is the generic brand again...
I am frustrated with these interactions as I feel like it is not necessary. I shouldn't have to go back and forth between the doctor's office and the pharmacy multiple times like this.

The office itself was extremely clean, and there social distancing rules were in place so no two patients are too close together in the waiting room. I arrived 15 minutes early, and was brought in right away. I barely had to wait to be seen by Dr. Oliff. She and her assistant were prompt,thorough and explained diagnosis/treatment thoroughly. They also explained the usual prescription coverage details for the specific medication, and answered all questions I had. Will be returning.
