Mindy Bernstein is one of the finest and nicest doctors. She's excellent.

Once I was finally seen I had no complaints about the experience. However I felt the wait time was unnecessarily long. I supposed the office either overbooked or they were having problems with their system. When I arrived (appx 15 minutes prior to my appointment) I informed the receptionist that I had already filled out all of my forms through ZocDoc, as the website instructs you to do. However, she said the system was not working properly for whatever reason and that I had to re-fill out about 6-7 pieces of paperwork. After that was the waiting game. I was the last to be seen of all of the people in the waiting room from before, and after I had "signed in". I heard the staff complaining about bookings done through ZocDoc, and then heard them say my name was never put on the chart (which is why I'm assuming I waiting an hour to be seen). Once seen by Dr. Berstein she was very quick, took one look at my problem and had her answer. She then gave me a prescription and I was done. Felt a little rushed but after waiting so long to be seen I didn't even care. She was professional and willing to answer any other questions I had. Other than the waiting and the complaints about ZocDoc, my experience was satisfactory.
