I received a reminder/confirmation of my appointment the morning of. Once I arrived, check in was smooth. I was called in within 30 min. The appointment wasn’t rushed yet it was very thorough. Doctor was extremely patient and friendly.

The front desk was efficient, if not warm. I had to wait a little bit, but was seen by a great assistant; informative, calm, professional, approachable, and made procedures and expectations clear. The doctor was warm, cheery, communicative, and took the time to go over the results of my tests with me. The sonographer was fast, directive, efficient, but a little brusk. I didn't actually mind as she was clear in her communications. I have a feeling I was her last patient, and she was eager to go home after a long day at work. Overall, highly recommend.

Office was easy to get to, & followed all mask requirements. Office was very clean. I had the best experience in my history of seeing doctors. My anxiety & nerves were through the roof as this was my first experience seeing a cardiologist. Dr Markowitz made me so feel comfortable. She had a student doctor with her, but ask if I was comfortable with them being in the room. Her friendly professional demeanor made it easy to explain my fear of the unknown. She answered all my questions & spoke it terminology my family could understand. Dr. Markowitz gave suggestions that could be easy obtainable. Dr. Markowitz also did a follow-up call.

I would never go back; the dr didn't listen to what I was worried about. I didn't get a answer and I think the exam should of been handled better. A heart is nothing to fool around with.

Dr. Markowitz listens to the patient and doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to end the visit as in the case of some health care providers who seems to equate time with money, thereby setting a time limit to each visit.
