When I arrived they told me I did not have an appointment. I showed them the confirmation from ZocDoc. According to their system, they had me scheduled for a month later on the same date. I had a stressful interaction with the front desk as they tried to reschedule me. I did not want to have to take off work again for the same appointment. . I was going to another doctor's office rather than reschedule, but luckily while I was engaging with the front desk (that seemed lost and confused), there was a cancellation. I am glad since Minedy was wonderful and will be my doctor from now on. The doctors are great but there is some disconnect between Zocdoc and the front office staff.

Ms. Laracuente began her love for patient care as a nurse in the busy high risk Labor and Delivery Gynecological Unit at Florida Hospital. It was here that she was nationally certified in Women’s Inpatient Obstetrics and established a mutual respect for patient care with Dr. Walker and her other fellow colleagues. Inspired by her mentor, Dr. Walker, as well as strong family support, Ms. Laracuente graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with an Advanced Degree in Nurse Practioner training.

Minedy was awsome! I was very nervous when I got there.Everyone was so nice the office is clean and beautiful . Dr. Minedy made me feel very comfortable. She answered all of my questions. She was very genuine and compassionate. Her bedside manner was AWSOME ! No complaints .
