This young lady was very new to me. Finding the right OBGYN is very important especially finding someone that listens. I was able yo get an appointment very quickly and easily. She was just so nice and concerned about my issues. I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to be treated with respect, dignity and confidentiality. She was all these things and much more
and she followed up with me on a Saturday. Please make your appointment with her today! She gets a 10 out of 10 rating in my book.

Doctor was a good OBGYN. However, I don’t feel like she addressed the issues I voiced and didn’t give me any clear recommendations or solutions to try on my own.
In addition - and this was the biggest issue for me - she brought up notes from a PCP appt. that I’d recently had. The notes were completely irrelevant to my gyno health. I felt it was very inappropriate and off putting, and I felt blindsided as a patient. I wouldn’t want her to do this to anyone else.
Regardless of what another doctor has written, the OBGYN is there to look at your gyno health, not to speak on other health matters outside of her realm of expertise.

I’ve had a mix of good and bad OBGYNs and Dr. Pineda is incredible! Ever since my first (different doctor) when I was a teen, the whole process of the exam had been deeply uncomfortable and I assumed that’s the way it was and I didn’t have the words or confidence to talk about it. Last year I had a horrible experience with a doctor that finally gave me the words I needed to explain the level of care and understanding I need during these exams. My first visit with Dr. Pineda was lovely! She was so nice and made me feel super comfortable. As a trans masc person, I never felt like I didn’t belong in her office. She gave me the space to talk about my previous doctor and really listened and cared about what I went through. The exam itself was still unpleasant, but she prescribed some meds to help make my vaginal health improve. Last week was my second annual with her and it was literally the first time I didn’t feel extreme discomfort during the exam. Dr. Pineda is a gem!

I had been trying to get to the bottom of some irregular bleeding for months now and she was the first to correctly diagnose the issue and provide insight into why it was happening. She was able to speak comfortably on all aspects of my health and took the time to get a full look on my medical history. Will be back!

She was really friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I’ve had a really bad experience with a gyno in the past and Dr. Pineda was wonderful at putting me at ease and giving space to my concerns and anxieties. And on top of that, I’m non-binary and she correctly gendered me, was knowledgeable about how HRT would be affecting my body, and when she was unsure about how a medication would interact with testosterone/if I needed anything else to help with my situation, she was upfront about needed to do some research and personally got back to me in a couple days!
