Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I have experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds and believe the key to wellness is a balance of the mind, body, and soul. You can expect a provider who fosters a therapeutic relationship built on mutual trust and collaboration, where you will be heard, validated, supported, and respected. As a provider, I strive to support you in achieving healthy, fulfilling lives with meaning and purpose. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself and reach a state of optimal wellness.
I treat clients ages 18 to 65 and specialize in adults with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, alcohol use disorder, and ADHD. I also work with those experiencing maladaptive coping skills, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, stress, and dual diagnosis. I utilize mindfulness, supportive therapy, medication management, and motivational interviewing.
I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Columbia University, which informs my comprehensive and compassionate approach to care.
