Dr. Smith was born and raised in Tulsa, OK. She attended the University of Tulsa where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in biology (2002). She then obtained her medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine where she was elected member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society (2006). Having returned to Tulsa for her clinical clerkships in the last two years of medical school, Dr. Smith remained in Tulsa, completing her internship in internal medicine (2007). She then completed her medical education through her residency in dermatology at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City (2010). Dr. Smith is A Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. When she is not caring for her patients, Dr. Smith enjoys spending her time with her husband and two young sons.
