The doctor is friendly, the time spent actually seeing the doctor is on average 5-15 min but the wait time is ridiculous. They must have a habit of overbooking patients because it's usually crowded and you can wait from an hour to hour and a half to be called back then wait 20-30 minutes before seeing the doctor. This is likely the scheduling dept but they need to fix that because they'll lose patients with that treatment.
