What a great guy he was in the office by himself but he was very professional and very concerned on my first visit there. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a genuinely concerned and knowledgeable doctor with a genuinely friendly but thorough manner !

After completion of residency in 2009, I moved back to my hometown, Baltimore and joined a busy practice. I gained vast amount of experience in acute care, efficiently treating chronic illnesses, managing complex medical conditions. After 3 years, I joined a well respected insurance company in 2012 and learned various roles, not just a physician but also evaluation of quality of practice and staying up-to-date with current trends of managing acute illnesses in hospital setting.
I enjoy practicing medicine in various settings including hospitals caring for sick and critical patients, skilled nursing facilities where I provide medical consultation for weakened patients after their stay in hospitals or after major surgeries, managing elderly and debilitated patients in long term care setting and as a proactive primary care physician to my outpatient clinic patients.

Indeed, it was a very professional meeting, I was served very well. Dr. Mittal explain very well about my pain. He treated in a very timely manner. He was so much co-operative and helpfull too. There was not wait time. I was taken care on the spot I received there.

I found Dr. Prajapati to be extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to be fully attentive to my needs while juggling different tasks because he was understaffed. We discussed my medical history and any concerns and he offered expert advice. I felt very comfortable in his care and will be returning on a regular basis for primary care.
