Nice people, comfortable enviroment, and all around good service. The whole team has great bed side manner. Efficent as could be as well. In and out with Doctor consultation in less than 40 minutes.
Even though the illness was not serious, bedside manners felt too casual.
He is rude and restless.
Dr. Mobashar Ahmad is very thorough and experienced. This particular important if sickness hits you like me while traveling. Thank you Dr. Mobashar Ahmad
The Dr's visit was treated like a specialist instead of a regular Dr visit. Which increased the cost. The Doctor appeared to be in a rush and disinterested in my care as I wasn't going to come back and see him because of being treated as a specialist.
No introduction, and bedside manner was lacking. Front desk staff was fantastic, nonetheless.
Great professional
Excellent doctor. He takes time and listens. Never a long wait.
He was very short and rude. He would not prescribe me a narcotic cough medicine because he said my past prescriptions over the last 1-2 month shows "irregular use." I HAD A ROOT CANAL so I had a few narcotic prescriptions for the pain. He made me take a urine test which was strange but I was fine of course. He didn't even take the time to look me in the eye. NEVER USE HIM!!! I will go on every site...HealthGrades,etc...to give him a negative review. He basically accused me of only being there for narcotics.....yes doctor, as a member of the military that is drug tested a lot, PLEASE GIVE ME DRUGS! Ha. He is the most rude person I have ever met.
He wasn't even bothered to talk and ask me what's wrong. Straight away asks tell me what are the issues and writes the prescription, Why would a doctor not be bothered to ask more details. Not saTISFIED AT ALL never will I go and do not recommend
Always very professional and courteous.
Very professional.
They are always very nice and professional there. I like that you can be seen so quickly.
Dr Ahmad was very professional and kind. I will definitely go back if I'm in need of an urgent care visit in the future. His staff was also very attentive.
Doctor was rushed and did not spend enough time to complete the diagnosis.
Office was bare, yet looked unclean/unorganized. Doctor faced away from me while talking, didn't talk very much or even make eye contact. I left there feeling a little unconfident and will not return.
Very efficient office, up to date electronic record keeping and helpful staff.
Friendly doctor and receptionist. Doctor was thorough and polite. Like that they don't have papers floating around -- all paperwork is done either online or via an iPad they hand you for electronic records.
He was very professional and friendly. We did have a longer wait than expected but the patient before us needed stitches, so we understood.
Waste of time and money.
Very highly organized using modern technology that got me in and out complete with a prescription zapped to my pharmacy. Definitely recommend!
Haven't been to dr. In like a year.. So file should be there and minimal update should have been needed...but... Got there was treated like a off the street new patient...had to re fill out all paperwork... Then after waiting for an hour...the receptionist said we had to pay like we had no insurance... I have blue cross blue shield.. I gave her the card.......does office visit co_ pay ring a bell??? Needless to say wont be going back there!!
All the bedside manner of a week dead fish. Receptionist was nice enough.
Very well organized.
I was impressed by his medical knowledge, his ability to explain things clearly, and his personality -- friend ly but business-like. The receptionist/assistant was a good counterpart -- cordial but organizes and effective.
Great
Dr. Ahmad is always very nice and professional.
Best experience that I have ever had a an Urgent Care place. My appointment was at 1:00 pm and I was out of there at 1:11 pm.
Great doctor.
The doctor was very nice and thorough.
great.
Great.
Dr. Ahmed is competent primary care physician. He listened to me and all my concerns. I believe he prescribed the proper medicine that I am already feeling better after just few hours .
I think that he is the worst doctor that I have ever had to see. I went to his office to get help for symptoms of my asthma(coughing) only to leave feeling very insulted by being called an addict because I asked him for 4 oz of cough syrup. He didn't care about me as a patient with a legitimate problem but proceeded to insult me as a person. I have just relocated here from NC and this was my first experience with a health care worker, because he definitely wasn't a professional. I just hope this isn't indicative of what's t o be expected here. I will never recommend this doctor to anybody looking for a doctor. WARNING: DO GO THERE!!!!
Very long wait time, office seemed dirty, barely looked at my injury, talked down to me. No resolution or suggestions for what to do besides take medication.
Received same day appointment, no waiting once in the building. The waiting room was comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly, as was the doctor. Highly recommended.
This was my first visit. I thought everything went well. I was in and out very quickly which I liked.
HE VERY GOOD DOCTOR.He is good listener to his patient and he is trying to help him in many ways .thank you doctorAhmad
My first time and it went very well. Nice staff, nice doctor. Liked how his office is paperless and I did my "paperwork" on an ipad. Best of all, his diagnosis was very helpful.
I was in and out in 20 minutes. Professional, efficient and courteous. What else could you ask for in a doc?
