I went to the appointment to find out it was an Urgent Care Center. I was confused since my appointment for annual physical was confirmed for 9am on Saturday. They were not even open at that time, so when I came back at 10am I was told that my visit would be charged as a Urgent Care service.
I only wanted a regular doctor’s appointment for annual physical. I am not sure who is responsible, office for not letting me know or the app I used to book an appointment.
