Again, this office made my appt a successful one. I had an appt for 3:45pm, I chose to go straight from picking up my children from school. I got to the office at 3:18. I was seen at 325 and out by 339pm. I was out before my actual appt!!!! That made my day. My appt was good. Dr. Helal checked on my throat and drew some blood to run some tests. It's been a while since I've had a general physical.

I hate doctors offices!!! Like despise it. But today kinda changed all that. Secretary was great when I signed in, the doctors assistant was even better lol. Sorry ladies! And Dr. Helal was amazing. I went today because I have the beginning stages of Strep Throat. I already knew I needed antibiotics. I asked if I can ask about other parts of my body that may need a check up on and I was assured he had time. I then realized let me just worry about my throat first before I start having blood drawn so without no hesitation he said it was ok I come whenever I want to talk and be seen. It was a great experience. No hassle and a reasonable amount of time waiting.

This was my first visit with Dr Helal. He personally came into the waiting room to greet and guide me to his office. He listened to my list of questions and would interrupt to ask related questions.I like his down to earth attitude. He set me up for some testing and gave me a. prescription. I will be back to see him. The office is very clean The two young ladies working in the front office were very pleasant and helpful.

I had no problem with the doctor's bedside manner, but was not happy with the professionalism displayed in his office by the other employees. They were very disorganized with handling paperwork. I was scheduled to have 3 tests done at a separate location, but they only managed to send over the paperwork for 1 of the tests. After a couple of visits I decided to find another doctor instead.

Dr. Helal was very friendly and accommodating. He answered all my questions regarding my condition and the medication he was prescribing, and even offered additional information regarding things I could do to feel better and live a little healthier. I realize that this sounds like a typical doctor thing to do, but I've been to many doctors, and I haven't thought to review many of them. Helal's bedside manner and attitude towards his patients is great.

Very very thorough. I am a physician myself, and I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Helal. I think I learned a few style points in the process. This is definitely a quality doc that takes his time to get to know you, and tell you the hard truth about yourself. No one else was in the waiting room until I was ready to leave, which tells me he does not overbook patients. Very knowledgeable. Up to date on all the latest studies. Highly recommended; truly a hidden gem.

He has very few patients in waiting room if any. But he makes patient wait because patient before me was his friend and they spent time talking over non medical reasons. Over an hour! Very annoying and I tell reception that I have appointment with a client and I need to be seen at my scheduled appointment time with Dr. helal and she do nothing to help. I frustrated with this! Happens on more than one occasion! Other than that good doctor but long wait for me many times for unnecessary reasons.

I was able to make an appointment for the same day. I was seen on time and waited no more than 5 minutes, mostly to fill out paperwork as a new patient. He was kind and straightforward. I would highly recommend Dr.Helal.

I have been seeing Dr.Helal for over the past several months and am always pleased with his caring demeanor and kind staff. I have not had a consistent doctor in several years, but am I happy to have finally found someone I like.

Dr Helal's office wasn't what I expected, meaning I wanted a more equipped office. He sent me out for blood work and an EKG; which he never told me where to go, I had to do the research myself. Apart from that he was late, had me waiting for 45 minutes probably more.

dr. helal was very approachable and clear regarding questions i had with my visit. he did not rush and i felt that he was truly concerned about making sure i was informed about my issue and how i should go about managing it. i would recommend him 100%. also the fact that he is open on the weekends for people who have a busy week and can not take time off is greatly appreciated.
