There staff is incompetent. Made appointment for my daughter ent . Clearly put for a recheck on her ruptured ear drum. They never called me to tell me that this doc does not specialize in that field. Waste of my time.

He was very sweet and kind. The location was very scary and I was very uncomfortable. I was unaware that it was an urgent care and had a copay that was way too high. Was not happy with that at all. It should have stated that in the description.

The office staff was pleasant. The doctor however did not address all my concerns. I felt rushed and over looked. The only advice he could give me was that I needed to lose weight with no ideas as to how he could help me with that. I basic paid a co-pay to be told I'm too fat. While I'm still left with health concerns.
