It was clear neither the staff nor doctor were aware of the appointment that was made via ZocDoc. Also, he didn't appear to be qualified to diagnose my issue as a result of being a specialist in another focus. It would have been great had the doctor read my ZocDoc comments BEFORE my arrival. Had that been the case, he could have referred me on rather than waste our time, and my money.
