The doctor attended me and provided insights to my medical concerns. Very straight to the point though and a poor bedside manner. I didn’t feel like she was approachable. I had to ask her what her name was because she didnt introduce herself.

Dr. Montalvo did not explain to me what the cause of my pain in my foot was, she didn’t seem to really listen or even bother to examine my foot to see anything or feel my foot and see if it was causing me pain. She didn’t seem to give me a clear medical plan moving forward. ?

I will never go back to this practice -Doctors united. The waiting area was loud and I had to wait over an hour to be seen. I scheduled an appointment with a podiatrist however was seen by an internist who barely even greeted me. He didn’t even look at my foot which I was there for before sending me for an X Ray.
