My appointment was at 9:30 I got there they had almost all of my info but I don't blame them it was filled out online. I signed my paper work and I was seen in about 20mins. It wasn't crowded at all the atmosphere was clean and nice. I was in and out with no problems at all. I actually loved it!

I was a little confused with the actual building because it has clear signage about different realty companies. It isn't until you go inside that you see the signage for the doctor's office. The wait was a little longer than I'm used to. The doctor was nice. She listened and suggested a new test I've never had. I could hear another patient's exam being conducted through the air vent in the ceiling so I wondered if they could hear my exam being conducted. I'm still waiting on the callback from the pharmacy to pick up my prescription.

Dr. Montoya tended well to my concerns with the proper scripts. She is very nice and listened to my ideas. Only downside was unorganized staff asking me to fill out forms when everything was already done through Zocdoc.

Very nice and though .I really didn't wait that long I had to fill out paperwork. I was in and out in less than an hour. When I was with the Doctor I dint feel rushed , like many others I have seen. Took her time and actually listened.

The staff and Dr. Montoya is both professional and friendly. They make you feel at ease and as comfortable as possible even though I was having a procedure done that is quite painful. They show concern as well as understanding. They really seem to care.

The doctor was very kind, and professional. She gave me 3 medications to pick up at my local CVS and when I went 2 hours later the pharmacy never had the request. The doctors office stops taking calls at 12 PM even though my appointment was at 12:30 and it was a Friday so in the end I was never able to get my prescriptions.

I was pleased with the fact that I was seen by a nurse almost immediately upon entry to the office. Dr. Montoya is a very personable physician who listens to your issues and will engage in conversation about your condition and any treatments that she recommends.
