Dr. Moses was great to work with. The wait time was the worst part. To make things worse they had a very short DVD loop made in 2013 trying to sell hormone therapy so my 15 year old and I got to hear about erectile dysfunction for probably 45 minutes over and over again.This made the wait uncomfortable and miserable.

The doctor was very professional and very thorough. The office staff acts like they have known you all your life. I have never been in an office that made me feel so at home.

Moses A. Swauncy,MD is a native of Memphis, Tn. He did his undergraduate studies at Morehouse College in Atlanta Georgia and received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tn. After medical school, Dr Swauncy did his residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Alabama School of Medicine - Huntsville. After residency, he relocated to middle Tennessee and joined the staff at Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna, TN. In February 2006, he opened his first practice in La Vergne, TN and in 2008 opened another location in Murfreesboro, Tn. In 2012, he opened a third location in Nashville, TN. Dr. Swauncy is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the Tennessee Academy of Family Practice. He is on staff at Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna, Tn and Summit Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He is also the medical director at Christian Care of Rutherford County. A 98-bed nursing home facility located in Smyrna, TN

Dr. Moses was great to work with. The wait time was the worst part. The office is always neat & clean. Office staff is always professional & courteous. They know who you are when you walk in the door.
