Medical excellence and compassion are at the heart of Dr. Hendizadeh’s practice. He carefully and meticulously reviewed my mother’s medical history and symptoms - over 25 years of migraine induced pain and discomfort. After a thorough consultation and examination, he ordered tests to determine the root cause of her ailments, discard any possible causes, and prescribe the proper medication. Dr. Hendizadeh was graciously accessible for additional questions prior to my mother’s follow-up. When she expressed her concerns with the new medication he kindly and quickly listened and reconfigured to find the most effective treatment. Clearly, Dr. Hendizadeh’s priority is to help patients find relief from the painful symptoms they experience and improve the quality of their lives. My mother is finally smiling again! We both feel grateful she is in the care of a doctor we can trust.

I was in LA for work when I had an emergency situation that needed a neurologist follow up. When you're in a town you're not familiar with, there's always that anxiety of not finding a good doctor and not finding a good one available in the time you are there. I searched on ZocDoc and found Dr. H. His office called me to verify insurance and appointment which I appreciated. When I saw him he was very thorough and honest. He was able to get me an MRI same day at Beverly Hills Medical Imaging and gave me what I needed medicine wise. We followed up with a video visit a week later to make sure the medication he gave me was working properly. And it did and I'm good now.
The one thing that stood out from him was that night he texted me personally to let me know my MRI results instead of me waiting for the next appointment or me having to call. Never has a doctor went out of their way to check up on me. Whenever I'm in town if I ever need to go back, he's my guy. Definitely recommend him!

Dr. Moshe Samuel Hendizadeh is a board-certified neurologist and neurology consultant at California Rehabilitation Institute which is a partnership between Ronald Reagan UCLA and Cedars Sinai Medical center. He is also credentialed at Olympia hospital.
He earned his B.A. from UCLA, graduating magna cum laude, and then his medical degree from Chicago Medical School. Thereafter, he completed his neurology residency at Harbor UCLA, and continued on in neurophysiology. He was the Chief Resident in his final year of residency.
Dr. Hendizadeh is exceptionally passionate about his field of practice, as his father suffers from Parkinson’s Disease and part of the reason why he choose neurology as his speciality. Having witnessed the struggles of this illness, he wants to help each patient as if he/she is a member of his family.
Dr. Hendizadeh specializes in myriad areas, including, electroencephalogram, electromyography, and nerve conduction studies and administration of botox injections. Holding a special interest in movement disorders, Dr. Hendizadeh completed several months in movement disorders at UCLA during his residency. He is well versed in said realms of medicine; and thereby offers a wide breadth of knowledge and experience to his patient care.
Dr. Hendizadeh’s training in neurophysiological disorders ignites a passion for treatment that pushes him to offer remarkable patient care. The first time visit i waited for the doctor for 2 hours because he had a personal problem. The 2nd visit for an egg where it had to be quiet while the tech was conducting the exam the provider went inside without knocking to say i better pay for the visit because i owed money. Very unprofessional which i ended up paying a lot of money after the exam which i wasn’t even informed i owed that money. I asked for a receipt doctor said we don’t give out receipts call this number that’s the billing department. I contacted my insurance company and they told me i wasn’t suppose to pay anything out of pocket for an egg it’s covered. Lastly i had to go back to this nightmare of a neurologist to get my brain mri results and my appointment was at 2 and he was taking his lunch. Why book an appointment at your lunch time? 30 minutes went by i saw an assistant he recorded my symptoms and then Dr came in and he is just unprofessional never going back there again. I don’t recommend this doctor at all!

Dr. Moshe was a great listener. He took his time in the examination and answered all my questions. The staff was friendly as well. I didn't have to wait that much to see the doctor.

I’m going to be honest when I say that a lot of my ZocDoc experiences aren’t great, but this one was fantastic! I’ve been to Dr. Hendizadeh another two times after my initial appointment because of how much he cares to find a solution to what’s wrong. He’s very, very informative and runs all the necessary tests needed. He’s a great communicator and listener and will refer you to any imagining if he feels the need to. He’s not one to disregard what’s going on and wants to be there for you. His office was extremely flexible with squeezing me in if something was urgent too.
If you need a neurologist, I’d definitely recommend the Brain Doc!
Before going to write this review, I saw one saying that the doctor researched something on his computer. Yes, he did that to me too to learn more about something that had nothing to do with the brain. I’d rather him be willing to know more about stuff that is outside what he does than ignore that it might relate/disregard it. He does a great job!

Doctor was googling things in front of me and gave me the impression that he has was unsure how to properly treat my condition. Did not seem attentive or interested and was unsure of what he was talking about in terms of medication, dosage or side effects. Gave my phone number out to another patient for no reason which was inappropriate and disturbing. Poor experience and would not recommend coming back.

My visit to Dr. Hendizadeh was prompted by a life-threatening condition that saw me hospitalized previously with a stroke. The medication the hospital prescribed was not helping my migraines and condition, but thanks to Dr. Hendizadeh's care I have received proper treatment for my condition. He also recommended several facilities for the necessary MRI's I need to have done that won't leave me in a horrible financial place. I am thankful to have a doctor that cares in this way, and would recommend him to anyone that is looking for quality care.

Dr. Hendizadeh was ready to act fast when I came to him with my history of chronic migraines. He is working with me on preventative measures so that I have less headache days. I appreciated his understanding of how much migraines can affect daily functioning and the need to stop them before they happen. I feel optimistic about my future with our current plan. Thank you!

Dr Moshe is really nice, friendly, listens to your issues, helpful, kind, staff is great too. If special case he will work around your schedule. He is very accommodating. He doesnot assume stuff. He will recommend test and studies the case and then gives his diagnostics. I was really scared and nervous at first but Dr made it easy.
