doctor was not empathetic to my situation after car accident. she was laughing when she evaluated my body because I was not on severe pain. doctor operates with no awareness of trauma, very insensitive and rude.

The doctor was extremely busy, and didnt have time to fill out any insurance paperwork, or forms required to keep my employment. I cancelled my visit, and any future with doctor Willis. This is a travelling group of unorthodox operating medical facilitators. The doctor, albeit very pleasant, still charged me for the visit. Im very disappointed in his operation, and the Zoc Doc app. I highly recommend finding a more stationary doctor, with more time for his patients. Outside of the Zoc Doc app.

He saw me briefly and then asked me to come back in a month later to get a MRI if the pain persisted. When the pain persisted a month later his office was unwilling to let me book another appointment. Very bizarre but mostly likely the result of a disorganized admin process.

He was very empathetic and a good listener and communicator. He had a good plan of action, and is obviously the top in his field (per his bio and schools attended), so if I eventually do need surgery he would be the guy to go to. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
