Dr. Khawaja listens to the patients concerns and explains the treatments he orders. With all the patients he has he remembers them when they come into the office. I first met him with a hospital stay in 2009 and I did not have a local PCP. He has been mine ever since.

Dr. Khawaja is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and trained in pulmonary medicine.
He graduated form the University of Sind, Liaqat Medical College in 1987.
He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Mercy Catholic Medical Center, Medical College of Pennsylvania in June 1994. In addition, Dr. Khawaja was Chief Resident there in 1995.
Dr. Khawaja is pulmonary trained. He completed his fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine at Allegheny University of Health Sciences, Allegheny General Hospital in November 1997.
He has worked as a solo practitioner since January 1998. He worked in New Mexico for seven years. While there, Dr. Khawaja was also a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Family Medicine, University of New Mexico.
Dr. Khawaja relocated to Katy, TX in October 2006 and has become an integral part of the community over the past 8 years. He is “Your M.D. for Your Comprehensive Health Care."
Dr. Khawaja currently resides in Sugar Land, TX with his wife Sakina and their two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

I have been going to Dr. Khawaja for several years and highly recommend him and his staff. Yes it does on occasion during a visit take a little more than 30 minutes to see the doctor, but there is an alternative as he now has a wonderful physician assistant that can see you as well.

He's a very thorough doctor with great bedside manner. You never feel rushed with him, he gives you all the time you need. I find him to be very well studied, and very personable. Love this doc! Reminds me of the docs I had back in the 70's; you know, the good old-fashioned time.

Dr. Khawaja is an outstanding professional. The staff in his office are also very good.
One suggestion is to review the phone system; there are times when it is difficult to connect e.g the call goes to voice mail or calls get cut off.

I really enjoyed my visit today I was nervous something was going to be very wrong with me, but the Doctor helped me understand not expect the worse, calmed me down & I felt way better. The staff there were all helpful as well, he's most def one of my favorites!
