I didn't mind the wait as, once I was seen, I didn't feel rushed. In today's climate, I appreciate a physician who devotes the appropriate amount of time necessary to treat each patient individually.

The visit met my expectations. However not so pleased with Zoc Doc. First I took the time to check in on your site. When I arrived at the office I had to complete their paperwork. They stated you are a third party and therefore they had their own paperwork to complete which took 20 minutes. Also the directions in your app took me two blocks in the opposite direction to the 400 block instead of the 200 block. Your app is great for finding a doctor but would not recommend the check in process or using the directions
