The doctor is warm and knowledgeable. However, the front office staffs are cold and less care even they work in medical office. I will visit his other offices, but not this one.

We were referred to Dr Raja 15 years ago, by our children's Pediatrician. Dr Raja carried out surgery on both children and each time was a great success! My son was 7 when he had his surgery and today, at 20 years old, there was no question as to who we needed to see regarding this most recent diagnosis.
His office manager remembered our son and was as cheerful and helpful as she always is.

Please, do not go to this doctor. I'm upset that I wasted my time and money with this physician, and I really don't want anybody else to go through the same experience as I have. The actual office was very outdated- the most outdated medical office I had ever been to. As for the physician, I felt like he was pushing for the end of our appointment the entire time and he brushed off my concerns of my issue. He kept telling me "don't worry it's nothing." I'm just thankful that I went to see another ENT and got actual medical service. It seems like all he wanted to do was get paid, which is sad for a physician. What's worse was the billing after. With this specific doctor, I feel like I just threw my money at him and was made to feel stupid for my concerns. If you're going to gouge for money, at least make the patient feel like you're doing it in a nice way.

Waste of my time! Spent too much money just for him to see me for 5 mins and tell me that there isn't much he can do for me because I'm pregnant. I had mentioned my pregnancy prior to the appointment. Waste of time and money! Highly upset

Horrible bedside manner and staff is rude. I've never left a negative review about a doctor, but this expiernce was the worst. From the lady on the phone asking me why I filled out the information on Zoc docs even though it said they didn't take my insurance. I explained that at the advice of my pediatrician they told me to fill it out anyway so that the office could have my sons's information. She then said "that makes no sense" and continued to argue with me about why I shouldn't have done the online check in. The dr was so rude, brash and insensitive. He does not explain anything and just told me to get an Rx from the check out and schedule an appointment for a month later. Never was I told why this medication, what it was for or what the diagnosis was. Bad expiernce.

The doctor did not wash his hands before examining my ears and nose. Moreover, the instruments he used for the examination may or may have not been sterilized. Two weeks later I was still having difficulty breathing from my nostrils--the same problem. After contacting my PCP, I was given medication that arrested the issue in less than one day.
The staff is extremely professional and very friendly. And the wait time was commendable. Although, I was not seen right away, the wait time was very short.

Very happy with my appointment with Dr. Raja. I literally waited less than 5 minutes to be brought back to my exam room. Dr. was in to see me with in another 5 minutes. Dr. Raja was honest, clear and professional. I also appreciated the fact that he had a "smile factor" which helped put me at ease. Would absolutely recommend Dr. Raja.

lets see...my apt. was at 10am, got there 15 min. early to find that the doctor wasn't even in the office yet. had to wait until 10:30 before he even arrived at work...must be nice.
not to mention out of the four office staff members working NOT one of them even said hello Or good morning,even though they walked by me like 50 times...HOW RUDE!!!
then when I finally make it into the room I was really kinda disgusted, I mean for a doctors office youd think it be clean and sterile but it wasn't. the floors were dirty as well as the equipment and trash cans.. I even saw items like swaps and medication on the counters uncovered. I'm certain I will never revisit this office again.

My first visit was excellent. He was very caring. He explained my condition and understood my infection and pain. Prescribed medications and set up a follow up appointment. I have no insurance and my medicine was costly, he even told me for one of my medications I could print out a coupon on the internet that would save me at least $40 for one of the prescriptions.
