It was a holiday - so was a bit busy -but covid restrictions were maintained- A busy office- but filled with highly qualified doctors and staff - so even though it was quick - I felt very confident in the treatment I received. Good to know I have a place that can handle any of my ortho concerns and actually diagnose and treat (minor ones) in office.

My appointment was at 2.15 pm. I arrived at 1.30 pm to have plenty of time to fill out forms and I provided my insurance information and submitted my CA. driver's license. At 2.50 pm, I was told that I had to prearrange with my insurance...I have UHC and it is always the medical staff or doctor who make the arrangements so I was taken aback. Very surprised and did not appreciate the long wait which could have been cut short to a few minutes instead of one hour and 20 minutes to send me on my way.
