The wait was too long (more than an hour), and the furniture in the waiting area was worn out and very uncomfortable, particularly for an orthopedic office. The doctor saw me for only a few minutes, not long enough for me to make a professional judgment.
Very patiently answered all my questions. Explained the course of treatment very well. I really like him. Will refer him to all my family and friends if needed. Thanks Venkat

Was good. I feel like he asked a lot of questions to get a good assessment & feel confident he will be able to help me.
He was very thorough, very professional and had a good bedside manner. He answered all my questions and concerns.
Dr. Rumi was thorough and patient and didn't seem rushed to get to the next appointment!

Yes I will return, and recommend him to my friends.

There was some nice people in the office, but the doctor didn’t listen and was not communicating with me. He ignored me the most of the time and just kept typing notes in his computer! All he did was an 2 minute check up and only gave me some orders for an X-ray and mri.

Fine
I very much like that Dr. Rumi starts with the least aggressive treatment, first to see if that works, before moving toward the next step. He answered my questions well and was encouraging. Excellent doctor!
Verified patient
Dr. Rumi was good. Seemed very knowledgeable and explained things well. I came away with a clear path forward of treatment. I had to wait about 30 minutes in the exam room. This is after arriving 30 minutes early to do all of the paperwork. Office is looking a little rough with torn upholstery on the exam table. My back was hurting when I arrived in but the chairs that I had to sit in for 30+ minutes were very uncomfortable. The chairs in the waiting room and exam room looked like they were purchased in the 90's and had very little lumbar support. One would think a spine/ortho clinic would have some chairs with some back support. It's clear that they are not spending any of their profits on keeping the facilities up to date with modern ergonomics, etc.
Verified patient
The front desk staff were very short and unhappy. They weren't smiling or friendly; in fact, it seemed very much as if they hated their jobs. The clinical staff in the back were very friendly and courteous, however. I didn't see the doctor until about 30-40 minutes after my appointment time. He was okay, but I felt a little rushed to be seen, and I didn't really feel like he was too interested in making a connection or discussing things in detail, but rather get me in, get me out.
He was quick and to the point. Maybe a bit too clinical; a smile, lite hearted conversation would ease the nerves for the patient some.
Verified patient
Doctor Rumi was very pleasant, clearly explained my condition and options, and he was easy to talk with. I strongly recomend using him for any Orthopedic needs you may have.
