He received his medical degree at the age of 21, Summa Cum Laude. He did his internship at MacNeal Hospital, Berwyn, Illinois followed by training in Internal Medicine and advanced training in Endocrinology and metabolism: both were done at Long Island Jewish Hospital, New York. He is Board certified in Endocrinology and Metabolism.
