I loved the visit. From the moment I was greeted by the front desk personnel the appointment continued to get better. The nurse was very friendly and pleasant. Dr. Morton was very nice and easy to talk to. She was not in a rush when in the room with you. Very knowledgeable. I enjoyed my . I will be going back and I will recommend her to anyone that is looking for a doctor.

This was my first visit to this office. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and asked to complete some forms. I was escorted to a waiting room by a very kind professional nurse.She introduced herself and proceeded to continue with her job in a very professional way. she finished with the gathering of all the information that she needed from me and she left the room.
A very kind smiling young lady entered the room and caught me by surprise, not as I expected. She had a charming and friendly smile that made me feel more comfortable. I was very nervous, she introduced herself as being the Dr. and proceeded to ask me medical questions. I felt very comfortable.Overall the visit was very good. I would recommend Dr. Morton and her staff.

Love this Dr's office. I'm always seen right away, zero wait time which I appreciate more than you know. Office staff is always friendly and personable. Dr. Morton always remembers me follows up on things I have told her on previous visits (such as a new gym I've joined etc) and takes the time to really listen to whatever has taken me into her office that day. So thankful to have found this practice!

Dr. Morton reviewed my history and addressed things that wasn't addressed previously. The visit was reassuring and I felt good about the following steps that would be taken. It was not let me prescribe medication for your symptoms. It was let's find out what's wrong and the right treatment plan.

The front desk girl is bossy and rude. She was on her phone and apparently spoke to me without eye contact and then yelled at me as I was signing in to tell me "you don't have to sign in", I said I have an appointment and then she said "NO, she is just going to give you a prescription" and I was taken aback and said "no", I am here to see the doctor and I want to see her, she then said "she is with patients", I said I am a patient and here for my scheduled appointment, she then said, "NO!, we are going to do this first (referring to her prescription agenda)", I said "not today- we are not doing this today, I'm signed in and you can let the doctor know I am here and walked away to sit down...she didn't say hi, she never greeted me by name or acknowledged that I had an appointment when I walked in.
First of all, I am a customer at the front desk, next I am a physician's patient, the reason she has a job, lastly, try greeting me pleasantly by name with full attention and eye contact in a customer friendly voice. I am old enough to be her mother, where is the respect let alone common courtesy and decency. Another fact she may not be aware of is the pt's right to see their physician if they request to do so especially if they are there for a scheduled appointment which has not been cancelled. There was no explaining anything to this disrespectful inappropriate front desk clerk and futile to even try, so I didn't, the tone was not good if you know what I mean. If you can do everything online and bypass her the office is otherwise okay. By the way, I did inform the doctor about the exchange and she said she would take care of it and have a talk with her.
