She is thorough and pretty easy to speak with. Everything went well, and her office seams to flow pretty well. She is good at laying out options and pros and cons. Also, she does not skimp on details and explanations. You won't leave her office wondering what to do next or why she recommended a certain treatment option. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mark to a friend.
