Wait time was very long. Arrived 15 minutes early even though i finished all prior paperwork online and none of the information from zocdoc was used or helpful, had to do it all over again. My wait time was an hour and 15 maybe 20 min max. Was asked why and what my appointment was for several times. However, NP Myrlene was kind, welcoming, and empathetic.
