I had a wonderful visit with the Doctor for my son. She was professional, warm and listened to our needs, questions, etc. My dissatisfaction with the overall service comes from the office staff and setting. The front desk staff is less than friendly and rather rude, one of the staff members entered my son's information into the computer system incorrectly, the nurse assumed I spoke Russian based on my appearance and you have to pack out your baby's dirty diapers as they stated that their ventilation is poor and they do not allow diapers to be thrown away in their facility. The waiting room is cramped, dimly lit and the toys are old, broken and in need of replacement. If the actual Doctor wasn't as lovely and fantastic as she is, I would give this a very low rating and probably never return, however the care and advice she provided for me and my son was of such high quality that I will look past the downfall and most likely return to her.

Caring and Loving Doctor! I have taken my 2 kids to her and always received outstanding services. At times wait was long, but services always makes up for it. Dr. Itzkevitch made a hospital visit when my second daughter was born and cared for her as if she were her own child. A+++++++

My daughter been seen here since 2 months old. I love dr itzkevitch because she listen to parents input on care and suggests food source nutrients over synthetic.
Only negative would be the front staff is little sluggish and needs a push sometimes.

The waiting time is normally between 10 - 45 mins but it is absolutely worth the waiting. Dr. Itzkevitch is very patient and caring. My son loves her!

The doctor is a very nice person and gets along very well with kids. You can see that she is very popular because she has many patients and Saturdays, can be quite busy.
I am glad I found her on ZocDoc.

My husband and I like Dr. Itzkevitch. She's very caring and is good with our baby. However, we found her office staffs unprofessional/unfriendly and thought it's very odd.There are always three to four staffs sitting at the front desk but they never pay attention to patients who walk in unless you talk to them. One girls is always playing with her phone. They need some kind of professional training.

The only complaint I have is that they don't confirm the appointments on zocdoc. Every time I come in after making an appointment thru zocdoc they say I'm not on the schedule and give me a hard time and tell me to call for appointments because they don't use zocdoc even if I have a confirmation email and text. What is the point of being on zocdoc and allowing us to make appointments if they don't acknowledge the appointments.
