******************First time Exam and Treatment*******************
As an old timer D.C. Dr. (H) performs a comprehensive examination on the spine and all the Extremities, every treatments includes Muscle stimulations, trigger therapy, spinal Adjustments, and extremities Adjustment. The total time for the first visit is about an hour. After being in practice for almost 30 years we have decided that the best way to give the patients the highest level of care with no hindrance from a 3rd party is to become a CASH PRACTICE we only accept HSA as a form of third party pay, our first time rate is $195 ,however Through Zocdoc patients get the first time fee for $150. The subsequent treatment are $85/visit you choose how may times you need care.
******************** Appointment Policy **************************
In order to keep our highest standards of care and since we block one hour for our first time patients we charge a refundable hold fee of $50.00 and will contact the patient for hold fee. This will be refunded after the visit or applied towards the balance.
**************** No Shows' or No Cancelation policy *************
a 24 hour notice for cancelation is required, if no show or no cancelation a $40 fee will be assessed and deducted from
spot hold fee.
