“I made an appointment on zocdoc but they were booked already so I did have to wait a little longer than normal but worth the wait! They told me I was actually sick after going to urgent care the night before and they didn’t give me any answers. Definitely recommend this office!! They always make sure they do everything they can do get you to feel well. ”

Nafisa Syed is a graduate of Adelphi University, where she earned her Master's in Nursing, and is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has a strong background in Critical Care Medicine as an RN and has spent years serving the communities of Long Island. Nafisa is ACLS and BLS certified. They are withholding medical documents from me when I told them
I NEED IT YESTERDAY. They said they’ll email it and look at that, 24 hours after, and mo documents.
The dr herself is very stubborn and doesn’t listen to simple instructions. Insists they try to drug test me when I told them they can get all my drug test records that I do 3x a week already, but wouldn’t allow me to sign a release.
Just the fact they’re withholding medical documents is enough. I will use the appropriate channels to handle this manner, but I don’t recommend these people.

She was fantastic. Listened to all my issues and concerns that I had wasn’t like any of the other doctors I’ve been to on other offices. She explained everything to me and helped me understand. The wait time was a bit long around 45 mins but I’ve been on offices that have had me waiting 2 hrs before so this was a better experience. The time I waited for the service I got was worth it. This is gonna be my new pcp for sure
