I’m new to the area and needed to find a doctor to prescribe some of my meds while I was waiting to get in with a specialist. I also had some medical concerns that I wanted to be addressed. From the start of the appointment, Dr. Chandan seemed highly judgmental about the mental health medications I was on (which are very standard). She proceeded to make very stigmatizing comments about my mental health, all while having a smug look on her face. It was only after I told her that I am a mental health specialist that her demeanor slightly improved. When I finally got into my specialist a month later, I was assured that the medications I was on were appropriate and they apologized for the degrading experience I had with Dr. Chandan. Needless to say, I will not be following up with Dr. Chandan about my medical concerns. The lack of empathy and understanding were appalling. I have never come across a doctor with such poor beside manner.

Dr. Chandan is the best doctor I have ever been too. She is kind, compassionate, a good listener, and she is truly the best at breaking down medical terms and a diagnoses.
1,000/10 recommend her, especially if you a young female identifying person. She really cares about women's health!

Very friendly and made me comfortable when asking questions during the appointment. I was also able to do bloodwork right in the office, which was quick and convenient, and the nurse who did my bloodwork was also very friendly and made me feel as calm as possible when drawing blood. Overall great experience.

1500+ people a week are still dying from Covid and no one in this office was wearing a mask. Very unsettling. Also not sure what the point of a GP is when all the do is refer you to everyone else. Didn't even ask me about my current concerns. Very disappointed in this visit and not sure I will continue seeing her. I don't see her working with me on my health journey. She doesn't seem like she is open to the patient's opinion and knowledge of their own health and what is needed.

Dr. Naina Chandan was incredibly nice and professional. She asked multiple questions to help her better understand my medical history, she found prior medical records in her system (even if they were from different healthcare professionals), and she answered my questions clearly. The wait time is what I wasn’t too satisfied with. Between the time I waited to be called in and then the time to get my lab work done, I waited around 35 minutes. However I would still recommend seeing Dr. Chandan.
