I was looking for a new doctor and unfortunately I wasn’t impressed. She didn’t seem too involved. Somewhat apethetic to my concerns and seemed to be in a routine of prescribing the same approach to every patient that comes through there - looking for a better connection.

I called her office before my appointment with a concern and no one returned my call. When reviewing my blood work she asked me if I wanted cholesterol medicine, I expected a recommendation from her, not for me to tell her what to do. Just don’t feel like she is very thorough.

The front desk receptionist in this office was awful. She was cold, lacked any personality at all. She had no personality, very cold and unfriendly. I managed a staffing agency and if I had a front desk receptionist in ANY setting with the lack of personality or unwillingness to communicate with a patient (client), I would have terminated their employment,
The doctors assistant, Ally, was extremely personable, pleasant, and at thstse same time very professional
The doctor, I really don't quite know what to say, After receiving a phone call from the scheduling department to make appointments for exams that I have already scheduled, (one I have recently had , and the other I have already scheduled),and the doctor and I discussed this fact in great length. However, things I did ask her to do and prior to leaving she stated she had taken care of and I conferred with the pharmacy today regarding these and they weren't done, I'm concerned about the quality of care this physician will be able to administer.

She is a good listener and my time with her is not interrupted. Dr. Nancy Beller has been my primary physician for several years and she continues to take good care of me.
