Great visit, loved her bedside manner! She explained things very thoroughly and gave me a science lesson about my eyes, too :) She ended up referring me to a specialist because she wasn't sure about a diagnosis. I love that she was comfortable "not knowing" and able to get me where I needed to go rather than being overly confident and missing something important.

Dr Buset herself is very nice and great bedside manner but her office and staff are in complete disarray. The office is dingy and smells like cat food. Her staff are incompetent and kind of rude. They were supposed to order trial contacts and call when they arrived so I can pick them up. Many weeks later still did not hear back so I reached out and they had no idea they were supposed to order anything. Wouldn't recommend the office, would recommend the doctor.

Nancy was awesome! She explained very thoroughly all my options. She and her staff made me feel comfortable and welcome, and to top it off, they were just plain fun to be around. I think their practice is one of the best kept secrets in town.

They are extremely rude here and require 5 visits to get fitted for a pair of contacts. I went to my initial consult and a follow up visit and was give 2 sets of monthly contacts. I didn't understand that I needed to continue to get exams over and over and when I called to order contacts they said I needed to start the whole process over again because I didn't call to schedule my third exam. I asked why I didn't get a reminder call or email and was told that i'm an adult and am responsible for my own eyes. I was yelled at and completely dismissed by them and given no option to get my cash back or contacts. Really disappointed. Going to America's Best I guess.

What a wonderful place to get my eyes checked! I don't think I've ever said this, but I had fun with these lovely ladies. They were very helpful in picking out frames. Also, their selection of vintage frames was very, very cool!
