Dr. Nancy Gaines-Dillard, DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP brings over 26 years of diverse experience in Family, Emergency, Acute Care, and Mental Health medicine. She has practiced in teaching hospitals, Level I Trauma Centers, and tertiary facilities while also teaching at institutions such as Thomas Jefferson University and Harcum College.
Dr. Nancy earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Widener University, master’s degrees from Wilmington University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Liberty University, and her bachelor’s from Delaware State University.
Through Scottsdale Health by Dr. Nancy’s Integrative Medicine, she offers a progressive, whole-person model of care that unites science, compassion, and innovation. Dr. Nancy is the embodiment of what patients dream of! 3 I provided an overview of my medical history and asked a few questions about prior advice along the way. From her hand written notes, Dr. Nancy recounted EVERY SINGLE thing I said. This was a high level of attentiveness as many doctors listen partially and miss details that are needed for quality care.
Dr. Nancy took her time! She reeducated me on the body's digestive functions in such great detail! Her compassion for her patients and her passion should be bottled up and distributed to other Doctors in AZ! I've never experienced a Doctor who didn't push medication and instead, understood that our words have power and God has provided everything we need to heal.
Priscilla who partners here is one of the most spiritually and energetically talented individuals that I've ever encountered! The practice they've curated of mind, body and soul treatment rooted in the Most High, makes me grateful that I've found them!

Got the most personalized appointment that I have ever had from a doctor. Can’t express how much DR.Nancy listened, and came to the appointment with more of a natural, healing approach, which is what I have been looking for. She addressed all my concerns and then some. If you are looking for a human experience, she’s your doctor. Can’t wait to continue care with her. She has your overall wellbeing in mind.

Dr. Nancy is an exceptional provider who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. She took the time to sit with me, explain my lab results in detail, and make sure I fully understood what everything meant for my health.
What impressed me most was how patient and thorough she was—she never rushed, welcomed all of my questions, and broke down complex information in a way that was easy to understand and not overwhelming. Even though I was traveling over the holidays, she was willing to set up a telehealth appointment so we could still review everything and stay on track with my care. She also worked with me to create a clear, step-by-step action plan to start correcting the issues that showed up in my labs.
I left the appointment feeling heard, supported, and empowered, instead of confused or anxious about my results. I’m very grateful for her level of care and highly recommend Dr. Nancy to anyone looking for a doctor who truly partners with you in your health.

The entire staff for Dr Nancy is horrendous. The instructions prior from zocdoc were that I would be contacted by Dr Nancy before hand with a link to the appointment. No link was ever sent. 15 minutes after scheduled start I finally called and she answered saying I needed to call her office for help since they apparently tried to call me twice she said (not true). So I called her office and was given an attitude before being told I needed to sign up for their portal and then a link would be sent through their website. After doing that Dr Nancy basically blew me off and told me to see a doctor in person and I can follow up with her later. 15 minutes after the appointment I was charged a cancellation fee of $50 since the appointment happened 20 minutes after they had it scheduled. So I was charged since they didn’t send me the link. Terrible professionalism and attitudes with no help. Absolutely would never recommend.

My experience with Dr. Nancy was excellent. She was very welcoming. For my first time being a visitor it seemed like I already knew her. She made me feel comfortable and was very kind. She paid attention to each detail and make sure that all of my concerns were valid and addressed. She was kind and comforting. She was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring.

My visit with Dr. Nancy was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked into her office, I felt welcomed and at ease — the environment is so warm, peaceful, and inviting. Dr. Nancy is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s clear and easy to understand. I never felt rushed or overlooked; instead, I felt genuinely cared for and seen.

Dr, Nancy Gaines is one of the most knowledgeable and professional medical service providers that I have had opportunity to encounter. Her knowledge base is amongst the highest - with multiple degrees. It was truly inspiring to me how quickly, accurately, and professionally she was able to diagnose my illness.
