She was nice and patient. I brought my 18 month old for an eye check up and 4 year old tagging along too. She gave them toys to occupy them which was helpful. Staff was nice as well. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Guenthner (pronounced "Get-ner") received her Bachelor of Science degree with High Honors from The University of Texas at Austin. She was involved in many activities during her undergraduate years, including playing clarinet in the Longhorn Band and serving as secretary for Tau Beta Sigma, an honorary service sorority for college bands. Her passion for service continued at the University of Houston College of Optometry (UHCO), where she was actively involved in Beta Sigma Kappa, an optometric honor society, and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, an organization dedicated to vision therapy.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from UHCO, Dr. Guenthner returned to the Central Texas area to begin her career. Dr. Guenthner is a proud member of the Central Texas Optometric Society, American Optometric Society, the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, and the Optometric Extension Program Foundation.
Dr. Guenthner’s interest in vision therapy began before she even entered optometry school when her younger brother successfully went through an optometric vision therapy program for amblyopia, or "lazy eye." Dr. Guenthner has completed over 100 hours of continuing education dedicated to expanding her knowledge in developmental vision and vision therapy.
Dr. Guenthner lives in Round Rock with her husband, Chris, their two cats, Rusty and Scarlet, and their cocker spaniel, Sunday. When Dr. Guenthner is not taking care of her patients, you can usually find her and Chris at any Longhorn sporting event. Dr. Guenthner believes it is essential to establish a strong doctor-patient relationship so every patient feels comfortable and cared for. She looks forward to meeting you and your family!

She was very comprehensive and efficient. Very cool tools without pupil dialation. Without a doubt, I would recommend her. I wasn't quite ready to get new glasses, and I was getting the hard sell. I don't get annoyed, but that was not fun.

Dr. Guenthner was very tentitive to my needs and gave me the most through and complete exam I have ever had. I ws from out of town and was very improtant that I get an exam by a particular time. I live 6 hours away and will be back for my future examas and glases.

This office is so great! Everyone is friendly and so kind! I've NEVER had such a great appointment at a doctor's office. The appointment was all about what was the best prescription for me. I'm wearing the best contact prescription strength I've ever had in 9 years. And I even got a surpris!; I was only expecting to be able to afford contacts this year (I'm a student), but the staff of Aspire went above & beyond to find rebates & take maximum advantage of my insurance, and now I'm getting both! Surpassed my expectations, 100%!!!! I will never go anywhere else ever again!
