Great professional service by all. Have been using an ophthalmologist for many years but this office gave better service an explanation . Worked with me an my insurance for great frames for my new glasses and taught me how the various sizes are supposed to fit . Looking forward to a new doctor and staff for myself and my spouse .

Clinic is great. Front staff were friendly, welcoming, and patient with all my questions about the consent process and necessary evaluations. Technician was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Nancy Lo was excellent— knowledgeable, with great bedside manners, receptive to my questions, and clear in her explanations. I highly recommend this clinic.

Nancy Lo, OD, is an expert optometrist at Montrose Eye Care in Houston, Texas. She grew up in Katy, Texas, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston where she was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa, the Optometric Honor Society, and graduated magna cum laude.
During her specialty clinical rotations at the San Diego Naval Hospital and Cedar Springs Clinic in Dallas, she was able to provide contact lens fittings and diagnose and treat many anterior and posterior segment ocular diseases for our special armed forces and Dallas’ indigent population, respectively. Dr. Lo has also participated in See to Succeed for the past 6 years, providing full comprehensive exams and corrective eyewear to school children in Houston area schools along with the help of her fellow colleagues.
Dr. Lo is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease and state board certified as a glaucoma specialist. She is also a member of the American Optometric Associate and Texas Optometric Association.
Dr. Lo currently lives in Houston and spends her free time hanging out with her rescue senior dog Leo, doing yoga, and taking care of her many (hundred) houseplants.

Dr. Nancy Lo is the best optometrist that I have ever been too. She’s extremely welcoming and super knowledgeable. She’s was very willing to explain everything to me. She diagnosed me with an astigmatism in both my eyes which none of my doctors before have caught. She also helped me pick out new glasses which I am in love with ??. Definitely must schedule an appointment with her.

Everyone was real nice and professional. Pretty quick to get in and out. Dr Lo is professional but also very personable. Even if accidentally don’t follow her instructions, she’s very nice about it lol. I would recommend anyone to go to her for your eye needs.

Dr. Lo was amazing. She gave me one of the most thorough eye exams ever! She clearly explained what she was seeing from my test results and what that meant for my vision in a practical sense. The techs that conducted the tests were extremely efficient, too. They described the instructions and function of each test along the way. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Lo at Montrose Eye Care!

Both Dr. Lo and Dr. Lovero are great! I’ve been experiencing some odd symptoms with my vision and Dr. Lo took her time to really listen and figure out what could be the cause of my symptoms. I appreciated the kindness and care. Even Dr. Lovero stopped by just to say hi and also take a look himself what could be the cause.
The office in itself is nice!! The exam rooms felt like a spa.
