I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Paschall. She is the first doctor I've found who actually cares and thinks about the larger problem while listening to me. She doesn't jump straight to the numbers because, as she says, "you know your own body better than anyone else does, and you know when something feels off." How refreshing.

She made my first visit so comfortable and really listened to all of my questions. Wait time was just over 30 minutes - not bad for a mid afternoon appointment!

I absolutely loved Dr. Paschall! She took me very seriously and I could tell she really wanted to get down to the bottom of the issues that I was having (which was a lot). She is running all of the necessary tests that she should to figure out what is going on with me and she is a very good listener. She even drew out diagrams on her paper to show me exactly what was going on with my body. Her office was very clean, modern, and beautiful. Right you when you walk in it is very extravagant.
The only downside, was the time I had to wait to see her and some of her office staff are air heads. I had to wait over an hour to even see the doctor and after the doctor saw me, I was left in the room for another 30-45 mins with my robe on.. finally a nurse came in and told me I could put my clothes on and come out. When I got to the counter they thought I was a totally different patient and had the wrong chart… I'm like thats not me. So not only as I waiting for a long time, but the office staff is very unorganized and slow. But I guess you can't always have your cake and eat it too. I'm excited to finally get a good doctor who is going to take care of me individually and care for me.

Beautiful office, wonderful comfortable experience. Dr. Paschall is thorough and she truly cares about educating her patients. The Obgyn appointment can be a daunting and scary experience, she has made a practice that changes all of that.

Dr Paschall was great, and very thorough about addressing my concerns. She explained things, so I could understand them, and was very down to earth. Not condescending, like most doctors. The staff was also very friendly, and the office is beautiful and clean.

Dr. Paschall didn't really listen to what I had to say. I think I got five sentences out before she sent me out the door. I was supposed to be called back "later that day" with results, and a prescription, but that never happened. Over a week later, I called a nurse myself to find out what my results were, and she said there was supposed to have been a script called in last week. Apologetically, she said she'd call it in herself, but called in the incorrect prescription. Dr. Paschall was indeed concerned about that, but when on the phone, once again wouldn't even listen to a word I had to say. She was only concerned with malpractice claims. I still have persistent issues and she has never once just listened to what I had to say about my symptoms. She filled up every second of conversation time with patient teaching, however, proper patient teaching comes from a proper understanding of what is going on with the patient. I will NOT be seeing Dr. Paschall again. She has rave reviews for her OB patients; it's clear she devotes her time and effort into those patients and doesn't have a lot of concern for her GYN patients.

Wonderful experience! Dr. Paschal truly treats the "complete woman" by offering more than just gynocological treatments. She is so sweet and seems genuinely concerned with how her patients are doing overall.

She is great. I've seen 6 different doctors over the past 5 years. They all wrote scripts and had me out the door without a genuine diagnosis. Dr. Paschall is actually interested in finding out what the underlying issue is, and I am grateful.

I was told the wait of 1 hr 45 min was highly unusual, but was annoyed that I was not kept in the loop of such a significant delay. I had to ask the receptionist instead of them being proactive and letting me know they were so behind.

I love Dr. Paschall! She delivered my son in 2010. She is a wonderful doctor. I have continued to go to her for my annual exam since then. I appreciate the professional and courteous attitude of all of the people that work in the office of Dr. Paschall.
