Naomi St. Cyr Pericone is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Naomi develops individualized treatment plans so her patients can feel safe in who they are and who they want to become. Naomi believes it’s important to bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance. This makes it possible to treat both the patient’s symptoms and their underlying causes. She often helps patients implement strategies like sleep hygiene, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation exercises. She combines these holistic strategies with supportive therapy and psychopharmacological management. Naomi treats patients ages 20-58 who are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, medication management, sleep disorders, and mood disorders. When she’s not at work, Naomi loves meditating, gardening, and traveling. She’s been to Machu Picchu and the Galapagos Islands. After college, she volunteered with AmeriCorps NCCC, where she helped build houses and maintained trails in Oregon.
