Dr E. was very compassionate about my 4 year olds shyness and tried to make the visit fun for him. Dr E. even called after hours to follow up with our MRI results and family history rather than wait until the next day.

I paid for the appointment w/out insurance. I thought the doctor was wonderful. He listened more than any other neurologist. It was a great appointment. We got a diagnosis which we were unable to get from another neurologist.

He has special interests in epilepsy, seizures, headaches (including migraines), developmental disorders (including Autism, ADD, and ADHD), and movement disorders (including tics and Tourette syndrome)
Dedicated to clinical excellence, Dr. Elbalalesy is board certified in Neurology with Special Qualification in Child Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Elbalalesy attended medical school in Tanta, Egypt. He served his fellowship in Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He completed a Pediatric Neurology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and a Pediatrics residency at Overlook Hospital, a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University College of Surgeons and Physicians.

Dr. E was great about letting us know his thoughts about our child's condition. He was thorough in his questioning and in putting our child at ease/being personable.
