My passion for medicine stems from my passion for teaching. I love educating my patients about their bodies and their health so we can be partners in decision making.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
Primary care physicians and patients are a team. Our goal is to foster an environment so the patient feels comfortable, safe and informed in order to come up with the best plan together.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy spending time with my husband and toddler. We like to go for daily walks and travel together. Our favorite trip was to Japan.
