Natalie's nutrition coaching is on a mission to help you enjoy eating without a side of anxiety and to support you in feeding your family well. She is passionate about giving you permission to eat the foods you and your kids love while having a plan. Ultimately, this way of eating is sustainable. Natalie does not believe there is a “right” way to eat, and she knows you can eat without restriction or dieting. She can help you develop healthy eating habits no matter your size. Natalie has specialty training from the Ellyn Satter Institute, where she learned to use evidence-based treatment to help adults stop dieting and eat in a manner that supports overall health. She discovered the Institute after using the Satter Division of Responsibility to raise her kids with a healthy and positive relationship with food. She is also certified in Intuitive Eating and feels that training is at the core of her passion for helping others. Working in the field of eating disorder recovery for the past 15 years has opened her eyes to the harms of much good-intentioned advice. Patience and empathy are important when working with her clients, especially when addressing the shame and embarrassment they feel after a lifetime of trying every diet out there. Natalie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She enjoys living in Wisconsin, traveling, and digging deeper into her faith. Her biggest accomplishment is raising four kids with her husband, John. Her next biggest accomplishment was learning how to eat without dieting.
