Dr. Schultz is board certified in Gynecology and Obstetrics, and specializes in anti-aging medicine. She is involved in a number of medical associations, including the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the North America Menopause Society.
In addition, Dr. Schultz has contributed expert, in-depth articles on the topics of fertility and reproduction to many medical magazines and journals. She completed her undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo, and attended medical school at Downstate Medical School in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Schultz completed her residency at the Beth Israel a Harvard Hospital in Boston, MA and her completed her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Dr. Schultz was perfectly nice, but I won't be returning. She did take the time to sit with me and take a detailed medical history and ask why I was in for a visit (annual exam), but the exam itself was odd. She did an internal ultrasound for my pelvic exam and had trouble with the equipment. Rather than explain that to me, she sat in silence for probably 10 minuntes while I was concerned she had found something wrong. There was also someone else in the room (a nurse? a med student?) that was never introduced to me.
I also asked that she preform a breast exam at the beginning of the exam, which she said she would because I requested it, it was not something she would have done otherwise (apparently due to my age it). At the end she told me I was fine to get dressed, so I had to remind her again of my request. And the actual exam itself did not seem thorough.
I've also had quite a few billing issues with her office (claims submitted incorrectly, being charged twice for the same test). They won't provide a phone # of someone to speak to about billing, just an email address. It takes whoever is monitoring that email approximately a week to respond to any requests. It is now March (my appointment was in September) and I'm just finishing up resolving the issues

I was asked to come in 45 minutes early to fill out paperwork (normal), but then proceeded to wait another 45 mins past my appointment time to be seen even though there were was only one patient ahead of me. The receptionist told me that my appointment was scheduled for another date, which was incorrect as I booked online, was reminded through Zocdoc, and she had called me the week before to confirm. Furthermore, the doctor didn't really explain anything to me well either, which left me pretty frustrated after my visit.
One nurse, however, was very kind and try to make sure I was comfortable, but overall it wasn't a very pleasant experience.

Dr Schultz was great, she spent more time than the typical doctor getting to know you and addressing any concerns. If she felt that somerhing needed to be tested further, she made the time to address it right then and there (rather than booking you for another appointment) .

My appt was at her office location in Lisle. The main office part was extremely disorganized and had terrible communication, and was very unprofessional overall. The girls who worked there were NOT paying attention, and the office was chaotic!
Dr. Natalie is soft spoken and not unkind, but she said very little and seemed distant/almost spacy. I was there for an exam and PAP smear, which is a fairly sensitive/uncomfortable procedure, and she again said very little and seemed to be rushing through it. I felt i was taking up her time or that she had no interest in making me feel comfortable in such a vulnerable procedure.
I will be finding a different OB-GYN in the future.

What a wonderful visit! I have never left an appointment crying happy tears! She was so nice and informative!! I would recommend her to every women!! I love Dr. Natalie. She is so knowledgable and I love meeting with her in her office instead of a regular old medical room where you just feel like another number. She allows you to express all of your concerns and doesn't rush you. Different than most doctors and specialists.
