While Dr. Singh has always been friendly, attentive and very informative, the Allcare office seems prone to overscheduling their doctors and I have been subject to long waits both times I've been there. The first time that I went, I thought that perhaps the delay was due to my appointment being late in the day. However, my second appointment was at 10:30 in the morning and I still had to wait over an hour to finally see the doctor.

I came in for a physical and Dr Singh saw me for less than 5 minutes. I was a new patient and she did not ask my medical history, medications, or give me the opportunity to ask questions. I have a history of cancer and seizures but she was so brusque and gone so quickly I couldn’t tell her. She did not examine me past listening to my heart and lungs and palpatating my abdomen. I think she assumed that because I am young she could get away without actually giving me a proper physical.

Excellent doctor and staff. My only complaint would be the music with strong bass reverberating through the patient cubicle I was in. Somewhat odd and unsettling.

It has taken me a while to find a doctor in the DMV that works for me- especially on short notice since I don't have a psychiatrist.
Dr. Singh is truly a great doctor that is relatable and can make you fee comfortable. I like that she works with me, instead of talking at me like I've witnessed in the past. Of course, she is also well equipped and knowledgeable.
The Ballston office is modern, clean, friendly and in a great location. They have great times available, esp since this is an urgent care too. Though prices can be a bit high sometimes, I still recommend. Definitely look into it with your insurance!
She is now my primary doctor and this is my primary office!

Felt like a waste of time. Waited for about 45 minutes in a room after they weighed me and then the doctor talked to me for about 2 minutes about my problem, touched my shoulder/neck where the issue is for about 10 seconds, said they'd have to refer me to a specialist, then listened to my breathing and sent me home with a piece of paper and a different doctor to call.

The doctor and staff were helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, when I book through Zodoc for a virtual appointment, it shows up in the clinic's system as an in-person visit, so I always have to call ahead to confirm and request the meeting link.

Dr Singh is very personable and warm. I visited because of some back pain and she was able to figure out what it was, refer me to a PT, and prescribe medication to help right away. Office was a little hard to find and I have no idea where you are supposed to park since it’s smack in the middle of ballston, but luckily I live 5 minutes away and my husband dropped me off.
